My Online Services
When you begin individual therapy with me, you’re entering a space that’s just for you—a space where you can slow down, reflect, and feel truly heard. I work exclusively with adults, and all of our sessions take place via secure telehealth, so you can connect from the comfort and privacy of your own home. No commuting, no waiting rooms—just a space that fits naturally into your life.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, navigating a major life change, or simply feeling stuck, this is a space to bring all of it. I’m here to listen with care, to ask meaningful questions, and to support you in exploring what’s underneath the surface. We’ll move at your pace, building insight, trust, and clarity over time.
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about understanding you. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns, and work toward healing and growth in ways that feel aligned with who you are.
Therapy can be hard work, but it can also be a place of insight, relief, even laughter. If you’re curious about starting or resuming therapy, I’d be delighted to support you—virtually, and wholeheartedly.
Let's work together to:
Increase personal insight
Increase self-esteem
Manage difficult emotions
Live mindfully
Make, meet, and exceed goals in your personal and professional life
Transform the challenges in your way into opportunities for growth, healing, and fulfillment
Relationship therapy is a space where you and your partner(s) can show up exactly as you are—messy, hopeful, uncertain, frustrated, or all of the above. My role is to help create a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where we can slow things down, really hear one another, and get to the heart of what’s happening between you.
I work with adults in all kinds of relationships—romantic partners, life partners, married couples, or those in non-traditional partnerships. Whether you’re struggling with communication, trust, intimacy, or feeling disconnected, therapy is a place to explore your dynamic in a deeper, more intentional way.
We meet via secure telehealth, which allows you and your partner(s) to join from wherever you’re most comfortable. That ease of access can often help people show up more openly and consistently.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in curiosity. I won’t take sides, and I’m not here to declare who’s right or wrong. Instead, I help you recognize the patterns you’re caught in, understand where they come from, and begin to shift them—together. The goal isn't just to stop conflict, but to build a stronger, more connected foundation where both (or all) of you feel seen, valued, and understood.
Whether you’re hoping to repair a fracture, strengthen your bond, or navigate a transition, relationship therapy can offer powerful support.
With some new tools you can:
Repair and strengthen relationships
Learn to communicate effectively
Improve sense of connection
Appreciate one another
Increase understanding
Feel emotionally safe
Supervision is one of my favorite parts of this work. As a supervisor, I’m here to support you not only in developing your clinical skills, but also in growing your professional identity in a way that feels grounded, ethical, and uniquely yours. Whether you're just beginning your training or are already a registered psychologist seeking consultation or ongoing support, I aim to create a space that is collaborative, reflective, and affirming.
In our supervision together, we’ll talk about the practical aspects—case formulation, intervention planning, ethical dilemmas—but we’ll also make space for the emotional and relational side of the work. Supervision with me is a space where you can bring your full self, explore your growth edges, and reflect deeply on your role as a therapist.
We’ll meet via secure telehealth, offering flexibility and accessibility. That said, whether we can work together depends on the psychology laws and board regulations of the state where you're licensed or in training. I’m happy to discuss this with you and help clarify what’s possible.
I work exclusively with adults and draw primarily from a relational, trauma-informed, and integrative approach, while always adapting to your learning style, developmental stage, and clinical orientation.
If you're interested, I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation. This is a chance to connect, ask questions, and explore whether we're a good fit for your supervision needs—and to ensure that we can work together legally and ethically based on your location.
Whether you're pursuing registration, navigating complex clinical work, or simply wanting a supportive space to grow, I’d be happy to support you in your journey.
