About
Teletherapy
What is Teletherapy?
All of my sessions take place via secure telehealth, which means you can access therapy from wherever you feel most comfortable—your home, your office, or even your car on a lunch break. Teletherapy offers flexibility and convenience, making it easier to fit support into your life without the added stress of commuting or rearranging your day.
Many clients find that meeting virtually allows them to open up more easily, especially when they're in a familiar space. It can also remove some of the barriers that sometimes make starting therapy feel daunting. Whether you're new to therapy or returning after time away, teletherapy offers a grounded, connected experience—no matter the distance.
Sessions are conducted over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform to ensure your privacy and confidentiality. As a PSYPACT-licensed psychologist, I’m able to work with adults in 42 different states, and we can easily check whether your state is eligible before we begin.
If you're unsure whether teletherapy is the right fit for you, we can talk about it during your free consultation. I’m happy to answer any questions you have.

Who is a Good Candidate for Teletherapy?
Teletherapy is a great option for individuals who are not in life-threatening situations. If you have a busy schedule, can’t leave work, or just want to feel safe and comfortable in your own space—teletherapy may be the right choice for you.
It offers the flexibility to receive support from wherever you are, without the added time or stress of commuting. All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with internet access to begin your session.
Teletherapy may be a good fit if:
-
You have limited time in your day and need something that fits your schedule
-
You work from home or can’t easily get away from the office
-
You feel more at ease talking from a familiar environment
-
You live in a rural area or don’t have access to local providers
-
You’re navigating health or mobility challenges
-
You’re traveling or move frequently but want consistent care
-
You live in one of the 42 PSYPACT states I’m licensed to serve
